Dining Room

The Dining Room is a modern gastronomic restaurant. Our cuisine is based on using the best fresh produce available here and now in Sweden and other parts of the world, spiced with curiosity and inspiration from everything we encounter – resulting in two menus.

“The natural cuisine” is a menu that changes with nature and the seasons. “A theme in focus”, highlights something we find particularly interesting right now, which we wish to present in a little more depth. We pair wine, beer and other beverages with each of the dishes we create.

All the producers we work with are meticulously selected, they produce something we like. Our menus and drink offering – like the fresh produce – are living and change with the time of the year.

Food Bar

The Food Bar is a modern bistro. Our cuisine is based on using the best fresh produce available here and now in Sweden and other parts of the world, spiced with curiosity and inspiration from everything we encounter.

The Food Bar offers a selection of medium-sized dishes. Enjoy one or several, in whatever order you like, depending on your appetite and mood. We are happy to recommend wine, beer or other beverages that we think are a good match to your food.

Wine cellar

Our large, rustic wine cellar has a charming inner chamber that can accommodate parties of up to 12, for those looking for a more private setting. From the Food Bar’s kitchen, we will put together a menu based on the best fresh produce the season has to offer.

We can also assist you in tailoring a wine & beverage pairing to further enhance your gastronomic experience, under the guidance of our sommelier Johan Andersson.
